  • Jokes aside, ZCCM is one of the most interesting copper exposure vehicles to us. Precisely because no one knows about it, it trades with a miners multiple but arguably merits a RoyaltyCo multiple.

  • ZCCM-IH's 2020 to 2026 plan called for applying "Royalty/Streaming/Preference share" models across its existing portfolio, to reduce dependence on dividends. Kansanshi was the first major implementation, where the economics of its 20% interest were converted into a 3.1% life-of-mine gross revenue royalty. More to come.
