  • Agrimin advised Tali Resources is undertaking a corporate restructure, separating its West Arunta ELs and its ~12% WA1 shareholding into two separate companies. The former co’ seeking to be listed and IPO on ASX in mid-2025 (AMN) AMN retains a 40% interest in both entities

  • Kingston has entered into a binding agreement to sell Misima gold to Ok Tedi for total consideration of $95m, with $50m payable upon completion (KSN)

  • Takeover could mean it's time to say 'hooroo' to Xanadu, with the clock ticking for Zijin (MNN)

  • Endeavour Mining announced a US$500m bond offering for notes with 5-year maturities (EDV.TO)

Word on the Decline

  • We think that not all has been rosy at mining finance house, RCF. From what we can piece together, fundraising for Fund #8 didn’t get the interest that was hoped and a few arms of the endowment-backed financier have wound up over the last few months
