Word on the Decline

“Please refer to our announcement about our Snowy River royalty to get context on the sale of our Bowdens royalty”, huh?
Maybe we’re missing the cryptic messaging here connecting the two. But regardless, we continue to think FZR is a sleeper. Look at TNR Gold to see what can happen when a catalyst approaches these subsized RoyaltyCos.
And now you’re getting them from two different directions - Snowy River (received $12m from Endura, FZR clearly still thinks there’s more to it) plus Bowdens 1-2% NSR (worth a fair quid when you realise it’s a 25yr+ project with $5B+ revenue over its duration).
$23m market cap and a mere $10m EV, why test the market for the value of Bowdens right now unless you’ve been bid yourself? This smells like defense to us.
