  • Victory Metals, which has seen a more than doubling in its stock in the past month, is in halt to raise (VTM)

Word on the Decline

  • With plenty of activity around Ecuador in recent weeks, we are remembering that it’s now been two months since Sunstone revealed it was in advanced discussions for what appeared to be a corporate transaction

  • Now capped at $96m, the gold-copper explorer is trading at 3x the share price of the placement price two months ago

  • We have no insight on the likelihood of a deal here, but we’re watching closely how that one seems baked into the share price
